4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

Because the Service may involve PHI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the "covered entity" or "business associate" under HIPAA (as applicable) and remain responsible for compliance with HIPAA in your use of the Service.
• We act as a "business associate" to you (if applicable) and will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by law.
• You must not share PHI outside the Service except in accordance with HIPAA.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI and comply with HIPAA, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device and network security when accessing the Service.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

If the Service includes paid features:

• Payments are due as agreed, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Service Availability and Support

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g., willful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of HIPAA or applicable law, or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
